PEORIA – Federal Express has changed the routine for aircraft serving the Gen. Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport. PEORIA - There has been some shuffling in carriers feeding American Airlines and United Air Lines hubs at Chicago-O’Hare International Airport from Peoria.
